Rincon Middle School received a grant so students can build underwater vehicles.  This was started with a grant from the Navy.  The EEF helped build the program.  Students design and build underwater vehicles that can be navigated and can pick items up from under water.  A  community member donates pool time so students can test their theories.  An awesome activity which builds camaraderie, as well as puts the brain cells to work!!
